We hope you're happy with your blinds, but if not, here's what we can do.
Although we cannot accept returns of made to measure items, we are of course happy to replace or refund you for any blind parts supplied that aren’t compatible with your blinds.
Blind parts & accessories
We're happy to refund or replace any blind parts or accessories provided they are returned in the same condition that they where delivered. Please contact us to arrange your refund or replacement. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Because our made-to-measure blinds are manufactured to your exact measurements and specifications we can only accept returns if the products prove to be damaged or faulty. If your blinds arrive and they or the packaging appear to damaged please sign for them as damaged and contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement. We will replace damaged or faulty goods on a like for like basis.
